How it works
Your customer sees a fast reply. You see a decision.
Rosie holds the whole conversation on your own number, and asks you for one tap before anything becomes real.
What your customer sees
What you see
Expires in 15 minutes, then the slot is released and the customer is told you will follow up.
Saturday does not work. These are the slots already open in your diary, so there is nothing to type.
She picks one and it is booked. You have already said you are free, so there is nothing else for you to tap.
How she works
Three things that work from day one
Prices come from your rate card
Rosie quotes the figures you set, and nothing else. If a customer asks about something priced differently, she brings you in.
Rosie is always your assistant
She introduces herself as your assistant every time, in every conversation. Customers always know who they are talking to.
Up to three real slots
Times come from the gaps in your own diary, up to three at a time, so every slot offered is one you can keep.
The flow
Four steps, and one of them is yours
Setup
Two things to do, both of them taps
1. Connect WhatsApp
You sign in through Meta's own popup and pick your number. About five taps. Your WhatsApp Business app keeps working and your chat history stays where it is.
2. Check your prices
We fill in a service list for your trade before you arrive. You correct the numbers rather than typing a catalogue from a blank page, and that list is the only thing Rosie is allowed to quote from.
What stays entirely yours
The short list
- We never touch payments. No card details, ever.
- We never take a commission on your bookings.
- We do not replace your number, your app, or your existing booking system.
- We do not send marketing messages to your customers.
Questions people actually ask
No. Rosie works on your existing WhatsApp Business number on the number you already use, so your WhatsApp Business app keeps working and your chat history stays where it is.
Rosie sees your message and hands that conversation straight to you, then waits until you hand it back. You always have the floor.
Straight from the rate card you set up. If a customer asks about a figure that is not on it, Rosie passes the question to you rather than answering it.
Your enquiries and your bookings, and that is the lot. She keeps to your work, which is exactly what WhatsApp's business rules ask for.
Connecting your WhatsApp account through Meta's own popup, which is about five taps, and reviewing a pre-filled list of your services and prices. Most people are live in under two minutes.
