The short version, which is the whole version

Plain terms for a £29 a month tool. Month by month, and you leave when you like. We would rather earn the next one.

What you are buying.

Rosie answers enquiries on your WhatsApp Business number, quotes from the rate card you provide, and holds slots for your confirmation. £29 a month after the free tier of ten conversations a month.

What you are responsible for.

The accuracy of your prices and availability, and the work itself. Rosie quotes what you tell her to quote.

Confirmation is yours.

Nothing is booked until you confirm it or reply yourself. We deliberately do not confirm on your behalf, so a slot we hold is never a promise to your customer until you make it one.

Cancelling.

Any time, from your account, effective at the end of the current month. Your number, app and history are unaffected.

What we do not warrant.

We cannot guarantee message delivery, because we do not own the channel. Meta operates the WhatsApp Business Platform and can change its terms, pricing and availability.

Fair use.

"Unlimited in practice" means what it says: there is no cap you will meet as a sole trader. We will talk to you long before we do anything else.
