Every price comes from your own list
You set the rate card once. Every quote a customer receives comes straight off it.
£29 a month after the free tier. Keep your own number, and keep every booking you take.
"How much is it?" is the first thing almost everyone asks, and the answer decides whether they carry on talking to you. A price that arrives in seconds wins work that a price arriving tomorrow morning does not.
You give Rosie your services and what you charge for them. That list is the single place her prices come from, so what a customer is told is always what you would have told them yourself.
How it works
Your services, your prices, how long each takes. Takes a couple of minutes and you can change it whenever you like.
In their own words — "a full groom", "two hours", "a block of ten".
And gives them the figure you set, with how long it takes.
If a job is not on the list, Rosie takes the details and tells them you will confirm the price yourself.
What you get
- A price in the customer's hands within seconds of them asking.
- Total confidence that every figure quoted is one you set.
- Your prices updated the moment you change them in your account.
- Unusual jobs routed straight to you, with the details already gathered.
Questions
What if a customer asks about something I have not listed?
Rosie takes the enquiry, tells them you will confirm the price yourself, and passes it to you with everything she has gathered. You keep control of anything that needs your judgement.
Can I use price ranges rather than fixed prices?
Yes. A service can carry a range where the final figure depends on the job, and Rosie will quote the range and explain that you will confirm after seeing it.
How quickly does a price change take effect?
Immediately. Update your rate card in your account and the very next enquiry is quoted from the new figures.
